Abstract Our object of study is relative quadratic extensions of algebraic number fields. In 'Class Number Parity', the authors P.E. Conner and J. Hurrelbrink study in detail the cases of real and CM-extensions. In this paper we generalize some of the results without any assumption on the type of the relative quadratic extension.
